Join us for a “wellbeing walk” up the Lickey Hills where you can share memories & stories about a loved one who has died. You will be guided during the walk by Giovanni Esposito (AKA Spoz), a former Birmingham poet laureate & Holly Winter- Hughes, poet and therapeutic writing practitioner. They will inspire you to write your own stories, share memories, try a bit of poetry and take photos that help you share your thoughts about grief, loss and the healing power of nature.
