The Use Of ArtificiaI Intelligence In Bereavement Support

July 7 @ 9:30 am - 3:30 pm

Join a collaborative stakeholder engagement day exploring the future use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in bereavement support.

How can AI be safely and appropriately integrated into bereavement support?

An event for the Voluntary, Community, Faith & Social Enterprise (VCFSE) sector.

As awareness of the ways in which bereaved people and support organisations can use AI, important questions are being asked about how it can be used safely, ethically and compassionately when supporting people who are grieving.Throughout the day participants will:

  • Explore current and emerging uses of AI in bereavement support
  • Discuss the opportunities AI may offer for accessibility, connection and support
  • Consider ethical concerns, risks and safeguarding challenges
  • Help identify safeguards to help protect bereaved individuals
  • Contribute to shaping future research and good practice in this developing area.
