Climbing a Mountain – free creative workshop for children and families

12/05/2018 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Free

Families are important – Siblings are important.

Inspiring lives is a project that aims to bring hope, love and restoration to families who are living with extra needs; celebrating what has been, acknowledging the pain of any loss and creating beauty in what lies ahead.

When there is an illness or death in the family it changes things. Inspiring Lives focus on supporting siblings through these challenging situations. We want to celebrate the great times and walk with them in the sad times. The organisation aim to work with existing services to develop support teams, training & resource packages for both siblings in these situations and those who come into contact with them, in both a professional and personal capacity.

As part of A Matter of Life & Death 2018, Inspiring Lives will be delivering free creative activities for children and families and would love for you to stop by and chat. Come and find the team in the Book Rotunda in the Library of Birmingham on Saturday 12th May, from 12pm – 2pm. The activity is free to take part in.
