Screening Rights Film Festival team are screening Eat Your Catfish on 30th of October simultaneously at the Midlands Arts Centre, Birmingham & Warwick Arts Centre. It’s an intimate film told from the perspective of Kathryn who is living at home with advanced ALS (called Motor Neurone Disease in the UK) having chosen life prolonging ventilation and requiring 24hr care. The film explores living with hope and despair in advanced illness, and the impact on her her family as they balance their personal obligations with those to the person they love & needs their care. There will be a post screening Q&A which one of the BrumYODO team will be joining.
